The Mindfulness Revolution was founded by Dr Astrid Bernkopf as space to offer somatic movement, yoga and meditation in accessible ways. Astrid’s aim is to reach those afraid of yoga studios and support them in connecting with their bodies.

Rest & Restore
12 week Deep Relaxation Series
Rest & Restore offers a 12 week Deep Relaxation experience with a weekly restorative pose and Yoga Nidra meditation. Each pose will be introduced followed by a 20 - 25 min meditation offering conscious rest.
The on demand course is hosted on my online portal. You can sign up and practice whenever suits you via the Student Portal.
You can choose between
1 payment of £72
or 12 weekly payments of £6
Please note that when you unsubscribe from weekly payments, you will immediately lose access to the course.

Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga is a deeply soothing practice tailored to your specific needs. It may include:
- gentle movement ( standing, seated or reclined)
- fascia work
- lymphatic work
- breathwork
- mindfulness and meditation
- energy work and visualization
Each practice will support you in reconnecting with your body, nourishing it and allowing it deep rest that it needs. Depending on what is best for you, we will use a variety of props to support restorative poses. You might need a few large towels or blankets and pillows for this practice.
Therapeutic yoga can be beneficial in preparation for surgery or in recovery. Please get in touch and discuss your situation to see if I can support you.
Therapeutic yoga is NOT a substitute for medical intervention and treatment.

Meditations
Meditation is beneficial for brain health, emotion regulation and stress reduction.
I am trained in guided meditation, mantra meditation, breath focused meditations as well as Yoga Nidra.
Meditation generally:
- supportsemotion regulation
- reduces stress
- supports brain health
- enhances quality of sleep
When booking private meditation sessions, I will first ask you questions as to what your aim is and what kind of meditation you wish to receive. We will also talk about what images you are comfortable with and which ones to avoid.
All meditations are written by myself. I do not read scripts by others.
You are welcome to contact to me about bespoke meditations or a 1-2-1 on how to set up your very own meditation practice.

Astrid has completed the 40hrs Accessible Yoga Teacher Training with Jivana Heyman and Accessible Yoga School.
