Service Description

Deeply relax in the comfort of your home with this weekly 30 mins Yoga Nidra practice. Sessions are held via Zoom include approx 5 mins check in and settling and a 25 mins Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is the ancient practice of the yogic sleep. It offers a technique to fully relax and recharge by following a sequence of meditative tools that take you deeper and deeper into relaxation. This practice normally includes: - Initial settling into a comfortable position - Withdrawal of senses from outside world - Sankalpa (intention for the practice) - Body scan - Breath awareness - Awareness of sensations - Guided visualisation Sessions are custom-made each week and will include a selection of the above to ensure that you will have time with each meditative activity. Visualisations will draw on nature, common activities as well as colours, sounds and sensations. In some of them, you might be swimming, under water or in darker spaces. If you feel uncomfortable with this or other specific images, please let me know in the sign up form so that I can avoid it. Please note that this meditation course is to support the average healthy person in relaxing and unwinding. It is not designed as therapeutic intervention or substitute for counselling or psychotherapy. Available Plans: Pay as you go – to give flexibility without commitment.
